What's involved:

👯 Customer relationships:

  • Act as the primary point of contact for our customers, ensuring an optimal experience and interface between them and our Digital Heroes - understanding their business goals, challenges, brand, values and delivering outsized delight to them
  • Working with the sales & delivery teams to minimise misunderstandings, maximise alignment.
  • Continually bridging gaps to ensure we maximise revenue results for customers.

🧩️ Strategy:

  • Design, implement, and optimise omni-channel strategies across paid media and digital touch points, to drive business growth across all channels and deliver an innovative customer experience, that tells our customers’ brand stories, acquires them new customers and retains existing
  • Ideate the best digital and content strategies to deliver customer success
  • Map and design digital journey strategies for customers including acquisition and retargeting across digital channels for target audiences
  • Supporting the timely creation of sales decks for pitches, including audits and other key factors (developing new templates and improving them consistently)

📩 Campaign and subscription management/service delivery:

  • Managing the on-boarding of highly complex or highly technical campaigns that sales have recently signed up
  • Optimise customer paid media channels to improve performance
  • Creative optimisation, testing and recommendations
  • Build and test paid media campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads and TikTok Ads
  • Monitor and analyse performance of channels and campaigns and pivot when required
  • Provide reporting on performance and progress towards KPIs on a weekly and monthly basis
  • Budget pacing across all campaigns and channels

🔗 Cross-functional collaboration:

  • Conduct in-depth organic and paid social (including PPC + SEO) audits for prospective customers to uncover what they’re doing well, and what needs to be improved and support the sales process
  • First point of contact for all digital support and troubleshooting
  • Training and coaching our Digital Hero team to be as great as you - to hold high value, business level conversations with customers of all shapes and sizes
Key criteria:
Experience:
  • 4+ years in digital marketing with a focus on customer success, account management, or customer delivery within an agency setting
  • Ecommerce and CRM Management experience is essential
  • Proven ability to manage multiple customers and campaigns simultaneously

Skills:
  • Superior skills in digital marketing tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools, social media platforms, email marketing software)
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insights
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent analytics and reporting skills including the use of API’s to generate data, Google Analytics, and GA4 experience.

Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred
OR
Mircocredentials and/or demonstrated experience (side hustle's, volunteering, little scheme that turned into something bigger - show us what you've done!)
