What's involved:
You're someone who can get stuck in and run digital ad campaigns whilst bringing new creative energy and ideas. The balance of work will shift over time, but to start:
〰️ 50% Performance Marketing
Search, socials, display, retargeting - you’ll craft paid campaigns that cut through the doom scroll and punch above their weight. Tweaking, testing, finessing - your META ads won’t just show up; they’ll hit the algorithm like a cat video on loop.
〰️ 25% Lead Conversion & Community Engagement
Turn interest into action with high-converting landing pages, a growing database, and seamless customer journeys. Plus, be our social voice - responding to comments with warmth and care - while keeping the website fresh and optimised for results.
〰️ 25% Team Marketing & Comms Support
Help bring Clean Slate Clinic to life across every platform - social grids, newsletters, you name it. Support the Clean Slate team and Marketing Manager to craft stories that stick, spark real conversations, and spread the word in ways that feel human, not hype.
Key criteria:
If you're keen to hit the ground running with digital ad campaigns, and can channel your creative energy to generate new ideas over time - this could be your cup of tea!
If you have skills, experience or sparks of joy for the following this is also a good sign:
- 📈 Performance Marketing: Running paid digital campaigns (especially on META) with 2+ years experience in marketing, agency, or digital comms and community management (think laterally about 'years of experience' for this one). You balance creativity and data analysis like a pro, turning insights into results.
- 🧭️ Strategic Communication: You have a flair for designing and implementing a broad range of marketing strategies including crafting social media content, copywriting and presenting insights and results in a useful way. Google Analytics, WebTrends, Power BI might be your (new or old) fave tools to keep your finger on the pulse!
- 👐 Human centred: Collaborating with a small expert team to deeply understand the needs of clients - optimising a business plan that increases conversions (especially D2C) and reduces barriers to clients accessing top quality support.
- 🧡 Purpose: Values alignment with the team and the broader mission - to improve health and wellness support to those experiencing addiction through a unique at-home model of care, delivered by expert clinicians.
Clean Slate Clinic is a social enterprise focused on breaking down barriers enabling the access of withdrawal and recovery services, through providing a model of care designed to be delivered fully via telehealth by expert clinicians. Their long-term vision is to break down barriers in accessing healthcare (including socioeconomic, geographic and stigma related barriers that stop individuals from seeking the help they need), through delivering high quality, person centred, clinician-led services, completely via telehealth - underpinned by supporting technology for clients.
