🚀 In this role, you’ll partner closely with the founder to shape Ripple’s next chapter. Your focus will be business development and sales; cultivating relationships with high-value clients, driving growth through innovative matchmaking, and expanding Ripple’s reach across the social impact ecosystem. From onboarding corporate partners to operationalising workflows, leveraging tech, and scaling our impact, you’ll play a key role in ensuring Ripple operates efficiently and delivers outstanding results.

This isn’t just a business development role - it’s an opportunity to combine operational expertise, strategic thinking, and creative problem-solving to drive growth, scale impact, and help shape Ripple’s future.
The balance of work is dependent on candidate strengths, but as a guide:
- Customer Growth + Partnerships (60%) Drive sales and client acquisition on the organisation side of Ripple’s marketplace. You’ll connect social enterprises, B Corps, green tech startups, CSR teams, and impact foundations with Ripple’s ecosystem, helping them access the talent they need to grow their impact. Your role will focus on bringing in high-value clients and aligning their needs with Ripple’s mission and offerings.
- Operationalise and Optimise (20%) Lead the operationalisation of Ripple’s business and community impact, ensuring seamless systems and processes. Leverage our no/low-code tech stack (Airtable, Webflow, Glide, and email tools) to build efficient workflows, enhance internal systems, and optimise the user experience. Your work will make Ripple more scalable, impactful, and ready for the next stage of growth.
- Insights + Impact (20%) Collaborate with the team to collect, analyse, and share actionable insights. You’ll shape Ripple’s strategy by translating performance metrics and feedback into compelling stories and meaningful solutions that resonate with clients, stakeholders, and the community.

- 🛠 Tech-Savvy Innovator: You’re comfortable with no/low-code platforms like Airtable, Glide, and Webflow, and you love using tech to streamline operations, improve customer experiences, and scale impact.
- 🤝 Strategic Communicator: You adapt communication for diverse stakeholders and purposes—whether refining a pitch deck, crafting a compelling email, or building rapport with clients. Your authenticity fosters trust and collaboration, and you excel at identifying opportunities and securing buy-in.
- 📊 Impact + Insights Ace: You’re skilled at translating data into actionable insights and compelling stories. Whether it’s internal performance metrics or client impact reports, you understand the power of data to inform decisions and tell a story.
- 🧠 Strategic Problem Solver: You see opportunities where others see obstacles. With a strategic mindset and creative grit, you bring ideas to life through thoughtful planning and execution.
