Position Title: Enterprise Manager, Shop for Good
ReLove isn’t just about furniture - it’s about transformation. Through our charity, we provide families and individuals escaping crisis with safe, dignified and free furniture shopping experiences for their homes. With ReLove Shop for Good, we’ve expanded into a social enterprise that resells high-end designer furniture to fund this vital work.

- 🛋 You’ll cultivate relationships with leading designers, suppliers, and brands to curate unique, high-quality furniture collections. Acting as ReLove’s ambassador, you’ll build partnerships that fuel our growth and strengthen our presence in the design community.
- 📈 You’ll lead ReLove’s eCommerce and sales strategy, ensuring a seamless online shopping experience while driving growth and engagement. Your passion for design and storytelling will help convert browsers into loyal customers who share our vision and champions of ReLove’s work into the future.

But our work doesn’t stop there. Enter ReLove Shop for Good - our social enterprise that takes premium lifestyle and designer furniture to the public. Every piece sold funds our core mission, proving that great design can create great impact.
What's involved:
You're someone who can dive straight in, assess where ReLove Shop for Good is at, and work closely with the founders to build on its early success. You’ll rally the team, refine strategies, and put your design, sales, operational, and relationship skills to work to take this proven concept to the next level.
The balance of work will shift as the business grows, but to start:
- 30% Partnerships and Curation
Build relationships with designers and suppliers to source high-quality furniture, positioning ReLove as a key player in sustainable design.
- 40% Sales and eCommerce Leadership
Lead the online store, optimising Shopify to drive sales while ensuring every product reflects ReLove’s ethos and fuels growth.
- 30% Entrepreneurial Problem-Solving
Tackle diverse challenges, from styling product offerings to crafting creative campaigns, ensuring the shop thrives at every level.

- 🛒 Sales Dynamo: With a deep appreciation of high-end design and its customers, you understand their needs, excel at showcasing exceptional pieces, and know how to convert interest into action - driving sales while celebrating craftsmanship and purpose.
- 🤝 Relationship Builder: You thrive on connecting with people, whether it’s forming partnerships with designers and suppliers, engaging customers in person and via socials, or collaborating with the team. Your ability to nurture these relationships will be crucial to sourcing high-quality pieces, building trust with stakeholders, and growing ReLove’s network.
- 📈 Strategic Operator: You have a knack for making things run smoothly. From optimising eCommerce platforms (ie Shopify, CRM's) to streamlining inventory management, you’re all about creating systems that drive efficiency and scale impact.
- 💜 Community Builder: With a talent for storytelling and content creation, you’ll bring Shop for Good’s mission to life - showcasing stunning design while building a community of design lovers who shop with purpose and proudly champion the store among their peers.

Whether it’s launching a new marketing campaign, troubleshooting logistics, or negotiating a partnership, you’ll bring practical solutions and entrepreneurial spirit to the table.
