Why you might love this job:
- 💙 You’ll be joining a values-led team with the founder and a range of advisors having highly impactful careers that inform their leadership. Collaboration, creativity, and a deep respect for the challenges faced by educators are the driving forces behind everything they do.
- 🔧 With bold vision and powerhouse partners like SOUTHSTART, the Queensland Government, and Taronga Zoo, Future Anything is setting the pace in education innovation. This momentum has seen our founder Nicole recognised as an Obama Foundation Leader, Snow Entrepreneur, and Future Anything recognised as Lord Mayor’s Business Award winner as Social Enterprise of the Year in 2024 - and in 2025, we're set to spark even bigger shifts.
- ⚡️Side by side with educators, we’re unleashing the potential of young people to take on the world’s toughest challenges. Our partners in action: 100,000 young people and 5000+ educators to deliver 200+ programs annually across Australia and New Zealand - turning classrooms into launchpads, ideas into impact, and students into the enterprising trailblazers the future is waiting for.
- 🧞 As Operations Coordinator, you’ll be the behind-the-scenes wizard ensuring these transformative programs reach thousands of young people across Australia and New Zealand. This org knows your experience could have been gathered from a variety of places; creative booking agent? tour manager? teacher? volunteer coordinator or something else entirely? We want to hear from you!
- 🎨 Be the glue that keeps it all together: Whether you’re juggling travel bookings like a pro, keeping program logistics ticking like a Swiss watch, or improving processes that make the whole ship sail smoother, you’ll love being the go-to person who makes the magic happen.
- 🏖 Flexibility meets growth: Six weeks’ annual leave, a $1000 learning budget, and a work culture built on outcomes, not clock-watching. Spend three days a week in our buzzing Teneriffe office and two at home - or all five in-office, if that’s your jam.
- 🧋 Bonus: We’re flexible on hours - 30 to 38 per week. Whether you're growing your career and looking for a purpose-driven fit or bringing more experience in ops and events, we’ve got space. (P.S. If the latter sounds like you and a pro-rated $90,000 over 4 days is your vibe, let us know in your application!)
